We are very pleased with Window World of the Lowcountry. Taylor was our knowledgable rep who helped us make the decision on what type of windows to choose. He measured carefully and double checked everything. Chris at the office was also a great help in answering questions. We chose low-E impact windows which were just installed over the past 2 days. There were no problems. All windows fit perfectly. One sash was cracked in transit and will be replaced within the next 2 weeks. Wellington and his installation crew were great! On time, efficient, and did a very good job....they cleaned up after their work and were pleasant to be around. Now....we will see how things are after the first storm!
