• We had several window estimates and not only was Window World the best in presenting their demo, showing what all the window can do, they also had the best price. We definitely knew who we were going with. The installers did a great job, cleaned up everything when they were done and the windows look amazing. Being able to open the windows from the top or the bottom is great and adjusting the screen to either location is perfect. I like that they stand by their product with their warranties which was the biggest selling point for my family. • Was delighted with the quality of the service professionals who installed the windows, they did a fabulous job wrapping windows with aluminum cladding, and the quality of the windows themselves and the sliding glass door were perfect. These guys did a super job. I will hire them again without getting competitive bids which were a waste of time. They know what they’re doing, they delivered on time, on budget and surpassed expectations. The office staff was always accessible; and the representative who came to provide the estimate and do the measurements was knowledgeable and listened to my requirements. It was a very comfortable working relationship with this company. How often does that happen in Charleston?
